We ship twice a week based on order volume. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to pack and ship your order after you've placed it.

Free exchanges allowed once per order.

We require that the garment be in the exact same (unused, unwashed) condition that we sent it to you. If it smells like detergent or deodorant, we cannot resell it. This is up to our team to decide! We have had complications with this in the past, so please be understanding.

If a garment is damaged in any way and still managed to slip past our quality control (this does not happen often), we will provide you with a full refund.
